• Log Data: Van identifier, task ID, status, notes, and timestamps of patrol activities.
• Geolocation Data: Location data is collected only at the time of a "Check-In" action to verify proximity to a task location.

Data Usage

Data is used exclusively for the operational purposes of the application, including:

• Assigning and tracking daily patrol tasks.
• Verifying patrol attendance and location.
• Generating reports for administrative oversight.
• Ensuring security and accountability of patrol operations.

Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely within Firebase Firestore. Access is strictly controlled through authentication and role-based permissions. We do not store any photos or files.
